Tune in Tuesdays at GReads! is a weekly feature hosted by Ginger from GReads! that showcases music - her other passion in life besides books! Each week she posts a new or old song in hopes to gain more interest. Lets help Ginger in spreading the love of music!
I'm pretty slow on the uptake, people. I don't pay attention to what's going on unless somebody comes over and pokes me HARD. When I saw Jen at Not Now I'm Reading's picks for the last Tune In Tuesday '90s edition, I smacked myself on the forehead and then started mining through that crazy decade for music I liked. Here's what I've come up with today. You get four since it's the last one and all.

Yay DMB!! I loved him something fierce in high school :-)
Great picks roomie!
Loved that TtWS song. DMB is amazing. Every time I hear that Crystal Waters song it makes me want to dance. And no one does dirty grunge girl rock like Courtney Love.
Glad you decided to join in on the fun.
Ginger - DMB will always be one of my favorites. I think their Under the Table and Dreaming album is the best but my favorite is Live at Luther College. So good.
Jen - Thanks! I was one of the only people I knew who liked TtWS in my high school and I think they were my first CD purchase. *sniff* The Crystal Waters song has always been a fave because it was such a good mix of everything with a great beat. Violet by Hole is one of my favorites too. After I looked up the lyrics for Smells Like Teen Spirit, I don't like the song as much anymore and sometimes Nirvana too (although Come As You Are is a classic) but I like me some girl grunge :)
